On September 11, 2025, an event on the theme "Katty tartin korse bala kuninde" with the participation of representatives of law enforcement agencies was held in the House of Culture of the Talgar College of Agribusiness and Management for first-year students. Its purpose is to prevent offenses and criminality among young people, increase the level of legal literacy and conduct educational work.

The event was attended by:

- Indira Malikovna Tukusbayeva, Deputy Director of the College for Academic Affairs;

- Head of the juvenile police group of the Talgar district Police Department, Department of the local police service, Major of Police Zhanbolatova Saltanat Kakeevna;

- Major of Talgar RUP police Inkarbekova Nargiz Amantayevna;

- Senior operative of the Department for Combating Organized Crime of the Almaty region Police Department, Police Colonel Almaz Shalgynbayev Kulbekuly.

During the meeting, the students were presented with legal information and video materials. Explanatory work was carried out with young people about the importance of legal education, the consequences of offenses and the need to maintain public order. Specific examples from practice were given, which contributed to a better understanding and awareness of the importance of lawful behavior.
