On September 12, 2025, at the House of Culture of the Talgar College of Agribusiness and Management, a meeting was held with young 1st–year students with the participation of Imankulov Yerbolat Meyruly, a representative of the Department of Defense of the Talgar district.

During the meeting, explanatory work was carried out on the topics "The Autumn Draft of 2025 – protecting the Motherland is your duty!" and "Patriotic education is the foundation of the country's future."

On September 11, 2025, an event on the theme "Katty tartin korse bala kuninde" with the participation of representatives of law enforcement agencies was held in the House of Culture of the Talgar College of Agribusiness and Management for first-year students. Its purpose is to prevent offenses and criminality among young people, increase the level of legal literacy and conduct educational work.

The event was attended by:

- Indira Malikovna Tukusbayeva, Deputy Director of the College for Academic Affairs;

- Head of the juvenile police group of the Talgar district Police Department, Department of the local police service, Major of Police Zhanbolatova Saltanat Kakeevna;

- Major of Talgar RUP police Inkarbekova Nargiz Amantayevna;

- Senior operative of the Department for Combating Organized Crime of the Almaty region Police Department, Police Colonel Almaz Shalgynbayev Kulbekuly.

During the meeting, the students were presented with legal information and video materials. Explanatory work was carried out with young people about the importance of legal education, the consequences of offenses and the need to maintain public order. Specific examples from practice were given, which contributed to a better understanding and awareness of the importance of lawful behavior.

The Talgar College of Agribusiness and Management discussed the Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev "Kazakhstan in the era of artificial intelligence: current challenges and their solutions through digital transformation."

The teaching staff noted that the document pays special attention to youth issues, which is important for the future of the country. Dinara Bolarbekovna Bozymbekova, the director of the college, and the teachers of the educational institution made a report.

During the discussion, they elaborated on the key sections of the Message, emphasizing the importance of these initiatives. The team expressed confidence that the comprehensive political, economic and social transformations proposed by the Head of State will be successfully implemented and will bring tangible results for the development of Kazakhstan.
